Độ tuổi trung bình là 48,12 ± 20,11 tuổi và đa số bệnh nhân là nam (58%). Bệnh nhân nhập viện do bệnh hô hấp chiếm tỷ lệ cao nhất (25,50%). Bệnh nhân có bệnh mắc kèm chiếm 29%. Trung bình các bệnh nhân nằm viện 10,37 ± 6,62 ngày. Kháng sinh cefoperazon/sulbactam được sử dụng nhiều nhất (50,86%). Các kiểu phác đồ cephalosporin thế hệ 3 (C3G): cefoperazon/sulbactam thường được sử dụng làm phác đồ khởi đầu (55,84%), cefixim thường được chọn làm phác đồ thay thế (55%) và levofloxacin là kháng sinh được lựa chọn phối hợp nhiều nhất (23,66 %).The mean age was 48.12 ± 20.11, and most of the patients were male (58%). Patients hospitalized due to respiratory diseases accounted for the highest rate of 25.50%. Patients with comorbidities accounted for 29%. Median days of therapy was 10.37 ± 6.62 days. The antibiotic cefoperazone/sulbactam was used the most (50.86%). Types of third-generation cephalosporins (C3G) regimens: cefoperazone/sulbactam were often used as initial regimen (55.84%), cefixime was often chosen as alternative regimen (55%) and levofloxacin was the most chosen as combination antibiotic (23.66%).
