The percentage of students with good academic motivation was 65,9%. The median scores of internal motivation and external motivation ranged from 5.2 - 5.8. The median of the intrinsic motivation to know and the extrinsic motivation to identify were the highest (5,8 score). Some factors related to better learning motivation include: First and last year students (p<

Economic condition was guaranteed (p<
0,001) and the classroom atmosphere was good (p<
0,01). There was no difference in learning motivation between men and women. Conclusion: Nursing students' academic motivation was not high and decreased in the 2nd and 3rd years. The better the classroom atmosphere was, the higher the motivation to learn was. It was necessary to develop appropriate strategies that impacted each school year to promote students' academic motivation.Tỷ lệ sinh viên có động cơ học tập tốt là 65,9%.
