Bước đầu đánh giá kinh nghiệm gây mê hồi sức năm trường hợp đầu tiên chuyển vị đại động mạch kiểu d (d-TGA) được chẩn đoán và điều trị tại Bệnh viện Sản Nhi Nghệ An. Phương pháp: Trình bày năm trường hợp d-TGA được chẩn đoán lần đầu
gây mê hồi sức và phẫu thuật Aterial Switch (ASO). Các dữ liệu lấy từ hồ sơ bệnh án điện tử trên phần mềm EHC của Bệnh viện Sản Nhi Nghệ An. Các thông tin bao gồm dịch tễ, triệu chứng lâm sàng, triệu chứng cận lâm sàng trước, trong và sau mổ, điều trị trước trong và hồi sức sau mổ. Qua trình chuẩn bị bệnh nhân và hồi sức trước mổ
trong gây mê với tuần hoàn ngoài cơ thể (CEC) và hồi sức sau mổ tại Bệnh viện Sản Nhi Nghệ An. Kết quả: Năm bệnh nhân được chuyển tới Bệnh viện Sản Nhi Nghệ An từ 2-69 ngày tuổi
chưa được chẩn đoán trước sinh, chẩn đoán d-TGA được xác định ngay bằng siêu âm tim sau khi vào viện. Cả năm bệnh nhân đều được gây mê, chạy CEC
phẫu thuật chuyển gốc động mạch. Kết luận: Còn nhiều khó khăn trong chẩn đoán d-TGA trước sinh và tại tuyến y tế cơ sở. Kinh nghiệm chuẩn bị bệnh nhi chưa nhiều
