(2) Comment on the knowledge, attitude of mothers towards the hepatitis B vaccination rate in the first 24 hours after birth at the obstetrics department of Nghe An Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital in 2022. Research Method: Cross-sectional descriptive study design was conducted on 330 newborns indicated for Hepatitis B vaccination and their mothers at the Obstetrics Department of Nghe An Obstetrics and Children's Hospital from January 2022 to June 2022. Results: Children have been vaccinated against neonatal hepatitis B (94.2%) and have not been vaccinated (5.8%)
General knowledge about HBV of mothers: 65.8% had a pass and 34.2% of mothers did not
Knowledge about neonatal hepatitis B vaccination: 50.6% of mothers had good knowledge and 49.4% did not
Attitudes: 93.6% of mothers have a positive attitude
Ability to receive information: 79.7% is not good
only 20.3% good. (2) Nhận xét kiến thức, thái độ của bà mẹ đối với tỷ lệ tiêm vacxin Viêm gan B trong 24 giờ đầu sau sinh tại khoa Sản Bệnh viện Sản nhi Nghệ An năm 2022. Phương pháp nghiên cứu: Thiết kế nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang được thực hiện trên 330 trẻ sơ sinh có chỉ định tiêm vacxin Viêm gan B và các bà mẹ của trẻ tại khoa Sản Bệnh viện Sản nhi Nghệ An từ tháng 01/2022 đến tháng 06/2022. Kết quả nghiên cứu: Có 311 trẻ đã được tiêm vacxin Viêm gan B sơ sinh (94,2%) và 19 trẻ chưa tiêm (5,8%)
Kiến thức chung về bệnh Viêm gan B của bà mẹ: 65,8% đạt và 34,2% không đạt
Kiến thức về tiêm vắc xin Viêm gan B sơ sinh: có 50,6% đạt và 49,4% không đạt
Thái độ: 93,6% các bà mẹ có thái độ tích cực
Khả năng tiếp nhận thông tin: 79,7% không tốt
chỉ có 20,3% tốt. Kết luận: Tỷ lệ trẻ được tiêm vắc xin Viêm gan B trong vòng 24 giờ đầu sau sinh tại khoa Sản bệnh viện Sản nhi Nghệ An cao (94,2%).
