Cesarean section scar defect is a consequence of incomplete recovery of the cesarean section scar at the uterine isthmus. Cesarean section scar defects cause secondary infertility. Hysteroscopic surgery to repair scar defects helps improve symptoms and restore fertility for patients. Objective: To evaluate the situation of re-pregnancy and pregnancy outcomes of patients after hysteroscopic surgery to repair caesarean section scars. Research subjects and methods: Retrospective cross-sectional description of a patient who wanted a child with a cesarean section scar defect, no other cause of infertility could be found and had a laparoscopic hysterectomy to repair the cesarean section scar defect at the hospital. Hanoi Obstetrics Hospital from 2019 - 2021. Results: The average age of the subjects was 35 ± 7.05 years. All subjects had a history of 1 and 2 cesarean sections. Posterior uterine position accounts for 57.1%. 85.7% of subjects had mild cesarean section scar defects. Re-pregnancy rate after surgery is 61.9%. Full-term pregnancy reached 91.7%. Conclusion: Laparoscopic surgery to repair cesarean section scars helps restore fertility for patients.Khuyết sẹo mổ lấy thai là hậu quả của sự phục hồi không hoàn toàn sẹo mổ lấy thai ở đoạn eo tử cung. Khuyết sẹo mổ lấy thai gây vô sinh thứ phát. Phẫu thuật soi buồng tử cung sửa khuyết sẹo giúp cải thiện triệu trứng và phục hồi khả năng sinh sản cho bệnh nhân. Mục tiêu: Nhận xét tình hình mang thai lại và kết quả thai kỳ của bệnh nhân sau phẫu thuật soi buồng tử cung sửa khuyết sẹo mổ lấy thai. Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: Mô tả cắt ngang hồi cứu bệnh nhân mong con có khuyết sẹo mổ lấy thai, không tìm được nguyên nhân khác gây vô sinh và đã được mổ nội soi buồng tử cung sửa khuyết sẹo mổ lấy thai tại Bệnh viện Phụ Sản Hà Nội từ 2019 – 2021. Kết quả: Độ tuổi trung bình của các đối tượng là 35 ± 7.05 tuổi. Tất cả đối tượng có tiền sử mổ lấ thai 1 và 2 lần. Tư thế tử cung ngả sau chiếm 57,1%. 85,7% đối tượng là khuyết sẹo mổ lấy thai mức độ nhẹ. Tỷ lệ có thai lại sau phẫu thuật 61,9%. Thai kỳ đủ tháng đạt 91.7%. Kết luận: Phẫu thuật nội soi sửa khuyết sẹo mổ lấy thai giúp phục hồi khả năng sinh sản cho bệnh nhân.
