Chuyển ngữ và ứng dụng bảng câu hỏi SDQ phiên bản tiếng Việt để phát hiện rối loạn nuốt (RLN) ở bệnh nhân Parkinson. Phương pháp: Nghiên cứu cắt ngang mô tả, tiến cứu được thực hiện trên 30 bệnh nhân (BN) được chẩn đoán mắc bệnh Parkinson đến khám tại phòng khám chuyên khoa bệnh Parkinson và các rối loạn vận động – Bệnh viện Nguyễn Tri Phương, Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh từ tháng 12/2023-05/2024. Kết quả: Sau khi ứng dụng bảng câu hỏi SDQ chúng tôi phát hiện được 20% BN có RLN được chẩn đoán và tư vấn điều trị. Kết luận: Bảng câu hỏi SDQ là một công cụ đáng tin cậy và thân thiện với BN, giúp đánh giá các RLN ở BN Parkinson, nên được áp dụng rộng rãi bảng câu hỏi này trong thực hành lâm sàng để BN có RLN được chẩn đoán và điều trị.Translating and applying the Vietnamese version of the SDQ questionnaire todetect swallowing disorders in Parkinson’s patients Subjects and Methods: A descriptive cross-sectional, prospective study was conducted on 30 patients who were diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease and periodically monitored at the Parkinson’s Disease and Movement Disorders Clinic at Nguyen Tri Phuong Hospital, Ho Chi Minh City from December 2023 to May 2024. Results: After applying the SDQ questionnaire, we discovered that 20% of patients with swallowing disorders were diagnosed and given treatment advice Conclusion: The SDQ questionnaire is a reliable and patient-friendly for the assessesment of swallowing disorders in Parkinson’s disease patients and this questionnaire should be widely applied in clinical practice so that patients with swallowing disorders can be diagnosed and treated.
