Đánh giá hiệu quả của phương pháp điện châm kết hợp siêu âm trị liệu trong điều trị thoái hóa khớp gối tại bệnh viện Y học cổ truyền Nghệ An. Phương pháp nghiên cứu: Phương pháp can thiệp lâm sàng, tiến cứu, so sánh trước và sau điều trị, có đối chứng trên 60 bệnh nhân thoái hóa khớp gối. Kết quả: Sau 14 ngày điều trị, tỷ lệ bệnh nhân hiệu quả điều trị xếp loại A chiếm 63,33%, loại B chiếm 30%, loại C chiếm 6,67%, loại D chiếm 0%. Kết luận: Phương pháp điện châm kết hợp siêu âm trị liệu có tác dụng tốt trong điều trị thoái hóa khớp gối.To evaluate the effectiveness of electroacupuncture combined with ultrasound therapy in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis at Nghe An Traditional Medicine Hospital. Subjects and methods: Clinical intervention method, prospective, comparison before and after treatment, with control on 60 patients with knee osteoarthritis. Results: After 14 days of treatment, the rate of patients with effective treatment classified as type A was 63.33%, type B was 30%, type C was 6.67%, and type D was 0%. Conclusion: Electroacupuncture combined with ultrasound therapy is effective in treating knee osteoarthritis.
