Standard precautions (PNC) are a set of basic preventive measures that apply to all patients in medical examination and treatment facilities, regardless of diagnosis, infection status and timing of care patients, based on the principle that all blood, secretions, and secretions (except sweat) have a risk of disease transmission. Identify some factors related to knowledge and correct practice of standard precautions of medical staff at the BTH. Methods: The study surveyed knowledge and practice of standard precautions conducted on 126 medical staff including 102 nurses and 24 doctors. Research data collection time: from June 2023 to June 2024. Calculate frequencies and proportions (%) of sample characteristics, using descriptive statistics for qualitative variables. Result: The rate of correct knowledge of standard precautions of medical staff at the Blood Transfusion and Hematology Hospital is 93.5% and the rate of correct practice of standard precautions of medical staff at the Blood Transfusion and Hematology Hospital is 79%. .4%. Xác định một số yếu tố liên quan đến kiến thức và thực hành đúng về phòng ngừa chuẩn của bác sỹ, điều dưỡng tại BTH. Phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu khảo sát kiến thức và thực hành về phòng ngừa chuẩn thực hiện trên 126 nhân viên y tế bao gồm 102 điều dưỡng, 24 bác sĩ. Thời gian thu thập số liệu nghiên cứu: từ tháng 06/2023 đến tháng 06/2024. Tính tần số và tỷ lệ (%) của các đặc tính mẫu, dùng thống kê mô tả cho biến định tính. Kết quả: Tỷ lệ kiến thức đúng về phòng ngừa chuẩn của nhân viên y tế tại Bệnh viện Truyền máu Huyết học là 93,5% và tỷ lệ thực hành đúng về phòng ngừa chuẩn của nhân viên y tế tại Bệnh viện Truyền máu Huyết học là 79,4%.
