However, to form and develop “capacity”, there needs to be synchronous innovation in the curriculum, content, and teaching media. In particular, assessment frameworks have supported the description of required levels of learner capacity. In the above studies, the issue surrounding the new general education program oriented toward capacity development is highlighted. But there has not been a system of simple, easy-to-implement experiments proposed to support the teaching of the new general education program oriented toward capacity development. On that basis, I researched and tested a number of hands-on and minds-on experiments in the current 10th Physics curriculum to support capacity development-oriented teaching.
