Building and developing a team of Vietnamese intellectuals is an important and indispensable part in the process of developing Vietnam’s resources. In particular, the requirement to develop Vietnam’s intellectual team is to build appropriate strategies and solutions and focus enough necessary resources to build a strong intellectual team in quantity. and quality. The article presents an overview of intellectual resources and the importance of Vietnamese intellectuals in the context of the 4.0 Industrial Revolution. From there, we present some solutions to improve the quality of intellectuals in Vietnam in the context of the 4.0 Industrial Revolution.
