Listening comprehension is an active language skill in which the learner acts as an active participant with the information being heard, processes it, understands the content, and finally responds to it. For learners, lack of motivation will greatly affect the learning process. So the question is what factors can affect the improvement of listening skills of non-majors students at Hanoi University of Pharmacy. The author explores the current state of motivation to learn listening skills and factors affecting students’ motivation to learn listening skills
From there, propose solutions to motivate students to learn and improve listening skills.
