Today, the interactive pedagogical perspective is a new direction in current educational reform to improve the quality of teaching. This perspective is based on considering the interactive relationship of all three factors involved in the educational process: teacher, learner and environment. But in reality, implementing English familiarization activities for preschool children from an interactive pedagogical perspective still has many difficulties and inadequacies. Starting from practice, with aware-ness of the importance of foreign language development for preschool children, the author offers some measures to manage English familiarization activities for preschool children in the school system. Hoa Tra My kindergarten follows the «interactive pedagogical perspective» to improve the school’s compre-hensive educational quality.
