In this study, two compounds were isolated from the dichloromethane fraction of Gentiana scabra Bunge. By analyzing 1D and 2D NMR spectra, combined to the comparison to literatures, compound 1 was determined to be gentioxepin, a benzo-seven membered ring compound
and compound 2 was agreed with the structure of δ-tocopherol, a derivative of vitamin E. Until now, there was no any report of isolation of gentioxepin from Gentiana scabra. This research contributed to clarify the chemical compositions of this specis in Vietnam.Trong nghiên cứu này, hai hợp chất hóa học đã được phân lập từ phân đoạn dicholoromethane của loài Long đởm (Gentiana scabra Bunge). Bằng phân tích phổ NMR một và hai chiều, kết hợp so sánh với tài liệu tham khảo, hợp chất 1 đã được xác định là gentioxepin, một hợp chất vòng bảy cạnh benzo
và hợp chất 2được xác định là δ-tocopherol, một dẫn xuất của vitamin E. Cho đến nay, chưa có công bố nào về việc phân lập hợp chất gentioxepin từ loài Gentiana scabra. Nghiên cứu này đã góp phần làm sáng tỏ thành phần hóa học của loài Long đởm tại Việt Nam.
