Đô thị bền vững là mục tiêu cơ bản để các thành phố phát triển dựa trên lợi ích tập thể, phúc lợi của người dân và phát triển bền vững, đặc biệt là trên cơ sở hạ tầng tích hợp. Xu hướng sử dụng không gian dưới mặt đất để xây dựng hệ thống hạ tầng kỹ thuật là một trong những giải pháp hiệu quả cho việc sử dụng quỹ đất đô thị. Bài báo trình bày một số vấn đề về khả năng ứng dụng đường hầm kỹ thuật đa chức năng (MUT) trong đô thị và các phân tích về lợi ích/chi phí trong áp dụng đường hầm kỹ thuật đa chức năng phù hợp với điều kiện Việt Nam. Abstract Sustainable urban is a fundamental instrument for cities to develop considering the collective good, the welfare of citizens, and sustainable development, especially on integrated infrastructure. Underground trending for utility infrastructure systems reveals an effective solution for the shortage lack of urban land. This paper presents some evaluations in capable application of multi-utility tunnel (MUT) to encourage reducing pavement cuts. Finally, some recommendations are given based on the analysis of cost/benefit in MUT that suitable for the urban conditions of Vietnam.
