This paper introduces the Hunter Wheel Alignment System and the process for using this equipment to check and adjust vehicle wheel angles such as camber, caster, toe, kingpin angle, and turning radius. Accurate adjustment of these parameters ensures safe, stable operation and vehicle durability. The paper analyzes the operating principles, components, and technical specifications of the system. Additionally, the process for checking and aligning is detailed through 30 basic steps, from preparation and initial setup to measurement, adjustment according to software instructions, and result printing. With its outstanding advantages, the Hunter Wheel Alignment System is a valuable tool for practical work and teaching at Department of Mechanical Engineering, Vinh University of Technology Education.
