Through synthesis and selection, the study selected 27 exercises to develop reliable movement speed, suitable for 2nd year male students at Tan Trao University. Through synthesizing documents, the project has 35 suitable exercises. Through interviews, 21 exercises have been selected to build a training process based on the principle of training from light to heavy, from simple. to complexity, and at the same time analyze training intensity zones and skill development stages for experimental application in the 3rd semester of the 2nd year.
