Trên cơ sở phân tích, đánh giá toàn diện thực trạng công tác xây dựng Đảng về tư tưởng nói chung và công tác giáo dục lý luận chính trị nói riêng, Đại hội XIII của Đảng đã đưa ra những quan điểm chỉ đạo có giá trị khoa học và thực tiễn sâu sắc, nhằm nâng cao chất lượng và hiệu quả của công tác này.
