According to the competency approach, the goals of the general education program are determined by the competency system (including core general competencies and specific competencies). Therefore, teachers need to have a basic understanding of competencies and capacity development. In addition to introducing the general concept of capacity, the article carefully analyzes the structure of capacity, some basic types of capacity (Collaboration capacity, thinking capacity, self-study capacity) and how to foster these skills. This type of competency is for learners at different educational levels.
