In recent years, the scope and principles of state capital investment in enterprises (enterprise establishment, additional capital investment for active enterprises, and additional state capital investment in joint-stockcompanies, limited liability companies with two or more members) have been implemented in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Management and Use of State Capital Invested in Enterprises (Law No.69/2014/QH13). The Law No. 69/2014/QH13 serves as an important legal framework that has contributed to advancing the process of state capital investment in enterprises, achieving promising results. In the comingtime, to ensure effective state capital investment in enterprises, it is necessary to focus on key solutions.Trong giai đoạn vừa qua, phạm vi đầu tư vốn và nguyên tắc đầu tư vốn nhà nước vào doanh nghiệp (để thành lập doanh nghiệp
đầu tư bổ sung vốn điều lệ đối với các doanh nghiệp đang hoạt động
đầu tư bổ sung vốn nhà nước tại công ty cổ phần, công ty trách nhiệm hữu hạn 2 thành viên trở lên) được thực hiện theo Luật Quản lý, sử dụng vốn nhà nước vào sản xuất kinh doanh tại doanh nghiệp (Luật số 69/2014/ QH13). Luật số 69/2014/QH13 là cơ sở pháp lý quan trọng góp phần thúc đẩy tiến trình thực hiện đầu tư vốn nhà nước vào doanh nghiệp thời gian qua đạt được một số kết quả khả quan. Thời gian tới, để hoạt động đầu tư vốn nhà nước vào doanh nghiệp đạt hiệu quả cao, cần chú trọng một số giải pháp trọng tâm.
