Ngập úng đô thị là vấn đề ngày càng được nhiều người quan tâm. Ngập úng ảnh hưởng nghiêm trọng đến sản xuất, sinh hoạt và đời sống hằng ngày của người dân, làm hư hại các công trình xây dựng, phá hủy các công trình hạ tầng kỹ thuật, làm ngưng trệ giao thông, gây ô nhiễm môi trường… Nhiều nước trên thế giới đã và đang có những giải pháp phòng, chống và giảm thiểu ngập úng đô thị khá hiệu quả, đó là các giải pháp kỹ thuật/công trình kết hợp với các giải pháp phi công trình …. Bài viết tổng hợp phân tích một số giải pháp cơ bản về quản lý ngập úng đã áp dụng cho một số đô thị khá điển hình của một số nước trên thế giới từ đó rút ra một số bài học kinh nghiệm kiến nghị cho Việt Nam. This article summarizes and analyzes some basic solutions for flood management that have been applied to some typical urban areas in some countries around the world, thereby drawing some lessons and recommendations for Vietnam.
