Bình Dương nằm trong vùng kinh tế trọng điểm phía Nam, được tái lập từ ngày 01/01/1997. Hơn 25 năm qua, tỉnh Bình Dương đã đạt được những kết quả quan trọng: kinh tế duy trì tốc độ tăng trưởng khá

công nghiệp hỗ trợ chưa phát triển tương xứng với tốc độ phát triển công nghiệp, sự liên kết giữa các thành phần kinh tế còn khó khăn
năng lực cạnh tranh của các doanh nghiệp còn thấp, chịu sức cạnh tranh lớn từ doanh nghiệp nước ngoài

According to the Master Plan for Socio-Economic Development of Binh Duong Province up to 2020, the province has achieved significant results: the economy has maintained a good growth rate

supporting industries have not developed in line with the pace of industrial development, and the linkage between economic sectors remains challenging
the competitiveness of enterprises is still low, facing strong competition from foreign enterprises
exports still heavily rely on foreign-invested enterprises (over 80% of exports). The content of this article focuses on clarifying the current state of urban development and industrial zones in the province
identifying development bottlenecks and analyzing the causes
