Currently, the training program at teacher training institutions still has many limitations, the program content and training methods have not yet met the needs and trends of the labor market in the context of the 4.0 industrial revolution. Therefore, it is necessary to adjust and develop teacher training programs according to the goal of developing professional capacity and changes in the content, programs, and textbooks of general education, meeting the requirements of educational practice. The article addresses a number of theoretical and practical issues in developing teacher training programs
from there, it proposes a number of proposals for developing teacher training programs to meet the requirements of general education innovation and the 4.0 industrial revolution in Vietnam.
