With a significant increase in the number of students using AI chatbots for learning English, there is a growing interest in understanding the effectiveness of this approach. This survey aims at exploring how students at the University of Finance – Marketing use AI chatbots for their English learning. Based on the findings, the study provides valuable recommendations on how to support students in effectively utilizing this technology for their studies.
