Internal quality assurance (IQA) is undertaken by the training product supplier (School, Faculty). External quality assurance (EQA) is provided by a unit authorized and appointed by the competent authority, or established and selected by the training units themselves. Both internal quality assurance and external quality assurance share the same goal of quality assurance, and share the view that quality assessment should be evidence-based with the support of A comprehensive, objective, multi-dimensional and continuously updated information collection system. The internal quality assurance system is a decisive factor for the success of quality assurance within the institution.
