Digital transformation in higher education has been implemented in many higher education institutions in our country in recent years to meet the standard set of indicators of the Ministry of Education and Training. To meet the need to improve the quality of teaching and learning, especially with the increasing trend of online training, it is necessary to carry out many synchronous and closely related tasks. In this study, the author addresses the opportunities and challenges of higher education institutions in implementing digital transformation in training and scientific research. Specifically, the article mentions solutions to synchronously and reasonably deploy training content to effectively implement online teaching in particular, contributing to improving the quality of higher education at the University of Procuracy Hanoi in the digital era.
