In recent years, establishing cultural etiquette has become a crucial criterion for Japanese language centers in Ho Chi Minh City, especially in the context of the entire sector undergoing fundamental and comprehensive educational reforms as per Resolution No. 29/NQ-TW. However, the implementation results of cultural etiquette at these centers have not met expectations, with instances of “standard deviation” in the behavior of both teachers and students. This indicates a need for more effective solutions and a collaborative effort from various parties.
