The general endurance level and professional endurance level of male students studying Physical Education 2, semester 2, academic year 2023-2024, Karate-do at Banking University of Ho Chi Minh City are still limited due to many limiting factors. The study, through the use of reliable research methods, selected 9 exercises to develop general endurance, 13 professional endurance exercises and 05 endurance assessment tests suitable for the research group.
