The management of experiential activities for 5th-grade students in primary schools in Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City, is essential for developing their comprehensive abilities and qualities. Effective management of these activities not only enhances the learning experience but also fosters essential life skills. However, the practical implementation faces challenges due to teachers’ limited understanding and skills in organizing such activities. This research focuses on examining the current state of managing experiential activities in primary schools, identifying existing issues, and proposing effective management strategies. The goal is to create a more engaging and practical learning environment that aligns with modern educational objectives and helps students apply their knowledge in real-life situations.
