Based on the research results on the current status of professional development management for teachers of natural sciences at secondary schools in the research area and the theoretical framework established in the master's thesis, the article introduces some effective management measures to overcome the limitations of professional development activities for teachers, contributing to improving the quality of teaching and learning of at Dang Cong Binh Secondary School, Hoc Mon District, Ho Chi Minh City. These measures have been tested in the practice of educational management activities, showing their necessity and high feasibility.
