The authors studied 328 patients diabetes type II, including 182 women and 146 men were regular outpatient treatment at Viet-Tiep Hospitals. Study subjects were divided into three groups of patients: Group 1, with 191 diabetes patients alone accounted for 58.2 percent. Group diabetes is high blood pressure is 22 patients accounted for 6.7 percent. Group with 115 patients suffering from diabetes with other diseases accounted for 35.1 percent. The average HbA1c Index: 8,45 + or - 2.28 percent, the (average glucose: 9.68 + or - 4,68 mmol/l.Patients with good blood glucose control only the rate of 34.1 percent. The number of patients control blood sugar is not good or poor is 65.9 percent .The index of average blood lipid values, respectively CT: 5.49 + or - 1.44 mmol/l, TG: 4.14 + or - 4.51 mmol/l, HDL-C: 1.11 + or - 0.29 mmol/l, LDL-C: 3.43 + or - 1.19 mmol/l. Research results showed a correlation between moderate and significant levels of HbA1C and blood glucose concentrations, r = 0.684, P 0,05, but no correlation between HbA1C with blood lipid indices.
