After studying 130 cases from two month to five year, treated at Hai Phong Children Hospital during 1 years 2006-2007, the authors found that: - 32.04 percent cases are suffering from pneumoniae bacteria. Male (31.75 percent) was the same female (32.50 percent). - The highest age range of onset was 12 months 5 years old (35.94 percent) then 2 - 12 months (25.64 percent). - Symptoms and laboratory. - Cough was the most frequently encountered sign but mainly occuring at night and early moming (88.57 percent) and evening (59.18 percent), sign similar to expiratory dispnea at night and early moming (88.57 percent), continuing to the evening (57.14 percent). - The second asthma degree represented high rate 96.73 percent. - Asthmatic patients often superposed allergic rhinitis (92.65 percent) or allergic sinusitis (70.20 percent). - Stable patient rate 9.39 percent. During the first 3 months of treatment, 44.9 percent of patients reduced asthmatic signs. 19.59 percent patients decreased the degree during 3-6 months, 20.41 percent during 6-12 months from starting up the treatment.
