Background: Colorectal cancer is a common disease. Flexible endoscopy combined biopsy is the gold standard for diagnosis colorectal cancer determine, in Hai Phong research on this issue no more. Objective: To review some clinical characteristics, endoscopic images and histopathology in colorectal cancers. Methods: Describe the crosssectional Results: Study 151 patients with colorectal cancer, we found: the age group most having 60 to 69 (44.37 percent), percentage male/female is 1.43. Patients with abdominal pain left pelvic region pits the highest proportion (57.61 percent). Number of patients with bloody stools diarrhea highest proportion (53.64 percent). Most tumors in the rectum (44.37 percent) and sigma (31.78 percent). Tumor size 3 cm high proportion (90.06 percent). Increased tumor surface proportion (74.83 percent) higher than the tumor surface ulceration (25.16 percent). Upon detection of tumor has invaded into the 1/2 glass gates intestine (74.16 percent). Carcinoma line very high proportion (96.02 percent), others have very few (1.32 percent and 2.65 percent). Conclusions: Patients with colorectal cancer goes beyond most bloody stools. Patients having primary tumor size 3 cm, the tumor mainly occurs in the rectum and sigmoid colon. The majority of colorectal tumors are cancer adenocarcinoma.
