The study was conducted on Apis cerana for observing the developed time from eggs to be hatched of Queen bees, weight of immature Queen bees and Queen bees with breeding after 10 to 15 days, the quantity of egg tubes, the producing capacity of Queen bee on 10 herds of bees in spring - summer season and autumn - winter season in Dong Hy district, Thai Nguyen province. The results showed that the developed time from eggs to be hatched of the Queen bee was 15.70 +- 0.22 days in spring - summer season and 16.68 +- 0.72 days in autumn winter season
weight of immature Queen bee was 150.70 +- 0.46 mg in spring - summer season and 148.35 +- 0.37 mg in autumn - winter season
weight of queen bee after fecundation in those seasons were 204.28 +- 0.72 mg and 197.83 +- 0.56 mg, respectively
the average number of overal tube of Queen bee was 92.54 +- 2.74 with increasing of producing capacity through the weeks after copulation (Average producing capacity at fourth week was 388.64 +- 4.16 eggs/day night in spring - summer season and 256.28 +- 3.52 eggs/day night in autumn - winter season).
