It is extremely necessary to learn about methods and measures for teaching informational texts to help students have the ability to read and understand this type of text. In fact, teaching comprehension in general and teaching reading comprehension of informational texts in particular in Vietnamese for teachers and students in some primary schools is still limited. In particular, teaching reading comprehension in grade 3 currently only stops at teaching each specific text, not focusing on forming reading skills, aiming at the goal of developing students’ reading comprehension ability.
