This research was carried out on 32 patients with full thickness burns, 2 to 55 years of age (22 male 10 female) treated at the National institute of Burns. In study group was treated by porcine dermal. In control group was treated by frozen frog skin. The result show that the porcine dermal preserved by deep frozen method to treat full thickness burns to have the ahere effect to burn injuries after excision (in study group was 6.15 + or - 0.35 days. In control group was 2.97 + or - 0.18 days with p 0.001). decreased synosia, plasma and fluid loss from the wounds and served as a barrier against germ invasion, and lengthened the time of living autograft. The healthy granulation tissue appeared at an average of 8.96 + or - 0.36 days in study group and 11.31 + or - 0.44, n control group with p 0.001.
