According to the directive of the Party Central Committee’s Secretariat, educating the history of the Communist Party of Vietnam to students is one of the responsibilities of general education schools. This article establishes the theoretical basis for this educational activity at the middle school, including educational objectives, content, forms, and methods. The research results contribute to the systematization of the theory of teaching the history of the Communist Party of Vietnam to middle school students, providing a foundation for implementing specific educational processes in practice.
