Children with hearing loss face many difficulties in daily life, during learning and playing due to hearing impairments. Due to poor hearing ability, it greatly affects the process of deaf children forming and developing verbal language. At today’s preschools, storytelling is considered the main activity. This article analyzes some theoretical and practical issues about organizing storytelling activities for 5-6 year old deaf children in inclusive kindergartens. On that basis, we propose some suggested measures for teachers when organizing story-telling activities based on pictures for deaf children in inclusive kindergartens, in order to help deaf children develop their verbal language and promote to the best of their abilities and create a positive, inclusive environment.
