Binh Duong province is considered one of the emerging cities in Vietnam for immigration. In terms of scale, the locality is now at the forefront of Vietnam’s immigrant labor. The reality is that migrant workers are facing even more unequal differences in access to social security policies compared to indigenous communities. In these differences, access to welfare-related services/ types of education for children of migrant families is showing a number of inequalities related to rights. On the other hand, the quality of future labor depends on the quality and access to education opportunities for immigrant children today. This article is based on the rights of children of immigrant families in the process of finding and enjoying the social security services related to education in Binh Duong.
