This paper makes the report on the results of the growth and survival rate of snub-nose pompano (Trachinotus blochii, Lacepede 1801) cultured in ponds using pelleted feed with three different stocking densities: 1,5 fishes/m2 (density 1), 2.5 fishes/m2 (density 2) and 3.5 fishes/m2 (density 3). Research results showed that snub-nose pompano can be cultured in brackish ponds. They can eat pellet food well. After 12 culturing months, the growth and survival rate of the fish with stocking dens
ty 1 shows was the highest Growth rate offish was 616.98 + or - 2.56g/fish (1.870 g/day/fish) and the survival rate was 92 + or - 1.2 percent. There is no significant difference about the growth and survival rate between the fish with density 1 and density 2 but there is the remarkable difference with the fish of density 3. These results make the contribution to building technological process of intensive culture of snub-nose pompano in pond using pellet feed.
