Nghiên cứu cắt ngang được thực hiện nhằm đánh giá thực trạng MTLĐ tại Công ty than Thống Nhất năm 2022. Số liệu được thu thập bằng cách đo các yếu tố MTLĐ quy chuẩn kỹ thuật do Bộ Y tế ban hành. Đánh giá ô nhiễm MTLĐ của các yếu tố vi khí hậu, ánh sáng, tiếng ồn, bụi dựa trên cơ sở các quy chuẩn do Bộ Y tế Việt Nam ban hành. Kết quả cho thấy: Môi trường lao động tại công ty than Thống Nhất năm 2022 còn nhiều yếu tố không đạt, chủ yếu ở các công đoạn khai thác than, đào lò, vận tải, cơ điện lò. Công ty cần quan tâm hơn đến môi trường lao động, chú trọng các yếu tố nguy cơ, tác hại trong môi trường lao động để cải thiện điều kiện làm việc và phục hồi sức khoẻ cho người lao động.The working environment in the coal mining industry is currently a public health concern. A cross-sectional descriptive study assessed the current status of the working environment at Thong Nhat Coal Company in 2022. Data was collected by measuring working environment factors according to the technical routines of the National Institute of Occupational and Environmental Health
The environmental factors such as microclimate, light, noise, and dust were measured and evaluated based on standards issued by the Ministry of Health of Vietnam, including 21 Standards, five principles, and seven occupational hygiene parameters. The results showed that The working environment at Thong Nhat Coal Company in 2022 is still unsatisfactory, mainly in the stages of coal mining, mining, transportation, and electromechanical furnaces. The company needs to pay more attention to the working environment, focusing on risk factors and harmful effects in the working environment to improve working conditions and restore the health of employees.
