The article summarizes the current situation of teaching History and Geography according to the 2018 general education curriculum at secondary schools in Ha Nam province. With theoretical and practical research methods through questionnaires, group discussions, and in-depth interviews, the article mentions and analyzes the actual situation as well as the advantages and disadvantages of teachers in teaching. Studying History and Geography according to the new general education program. From there, we propose some solutions to help teachers perform this task more conveniently and effectively.
