Music plays an important role and directly affecting children’s motor skills. Teachers need to pay attention to some age-related characteristics to have appropriate educational methods, especially child-centered educational methods, promoting children’s positivity and creativity. However, the effectiveness of developing children’s ability to move to the rhythm in preschools is not high, very few children are able to move to the rhythm of songs. The article focuses on analyzing the concept and characteristics of the ability to move to the rhythm of 5-6 year old preschoolers and the process of developing the ability to move to the rhythm for 5-6 year old preschoolers in musical activities in preschools.
