In recent years, the work of teaching the LLCD in teaching TA for students of primary schools in Dong Trieu town, Quang Ninh province has had many limitations, leading to the quality of teaching TA for primary school students not being really effective, and the role of the LLCD in teaching TA for primary school students has not been promoted. If the measures to improve the effectiveness of teaching the LLCD in teaching TA for students of primary schools that the author proposed are well implemented, these shortcomings will be overcome and contribute to improving the quality of teaching TA for students of primary schools in Dong Trieu town, Quang Ninh province.
