Testing and evaluation have been mentioned by many domestic and foreign authors from many different perspectives. Most authors have clarified the role, position, content of testing and evaluation, the close relationship between testing and evaluation,... and considered it an indispensable step in the teaching and learning process. However, there are not many in-depth research works on the quality of testing and evaluation, although in practice this is a pressing issue. Research works focusing on the quality of testing and evaluation of learning outcomes of science subjects in general and of Economics, Politics, and Marxism-Leninism in particular have only stopped at the scope of each school and each subject. The research results mainly only raise issues that need to be solved, with not many specific methods and measures.
