Research resuts show that carbon yield accumulated in individula trees of 6 dominant tree species increases with diameter class. Structure of carbon yield in individual trees of 6 dominant species concentrated mostiy in stem part with 64.21 percent and the lowest part in leaved part with 2.34 percent. Carbon portion of high trees layer varries with increasing forest yield of tree layer (16.10 - 163.49 t/ha), average is 92.37 t/ha. Structure of carbon yield accumulated in stem part with average 62.06 percent and the lowest in leaved part (occupied only 2.56 percent). Carbon yield accumulated in ground vegetation cover layer is 3.37 t/ha on average and 2.41 t/ha in litter layer, 9.37-11.12 t/ha in forest soil. Total carbon yield accumulated in. the forest is 108.20 ton/ha. Structure of carbon yield accumulated in forest status types mostly concentrated in high tree layer with 76.21 percent and lowest in litter fall layer (occupied only 3.03 percent). Correliation equation between carbon yield of individual trees and D1.3, carbon yield of high trees layer and total basal area, forest yield have been established with R2 = 0.84 - 0.96.
