In the 2018 general education program, experiential and career guidance activities are compulsory educational activities that play an important role in the goal of developing students’ qualities and competencies. At the high school level, the program focuses on career guidance activities to develop career orientation capacity. Through these activities, students are assessed and self-assessed in terms of their abilities and strengths related to potential careers, as a basis for choosing their own future careers. In this article, we propose several solutions to effectively organize experiential and career guidance activities for high school students.
