Society is increasingly developing, international integration is the trend of all countries in the world. In the face of changes and current development trends, not only Vietnam but also many countries in the world have innovated content, programs, and teaching methods to improve the quality of human resource training, in order to promote the socio-economic development of the country. In that context, Vietnamese education has also had many innovations. Besides natural and social subjects, English is the means for people to access the world’s cultures and knowledge most quickly. Therefore, teaching English in all high schools in the country in general and in high schools in Ha Long city in particular is extremely important and necessary. The English program for high school has the following objectives: to form and develop in students basic knowledge and skills in English and the intellectual qualities necessary to continue studying at a higher level or to enter the working life and communicate around the world. The article mentions some measures in managing teaching English at high schools in the experiential direction in Ha Long city, Quang Ninh province.
