 Background: Expanded vaccination program was implemented in Vietnam since 1985, more than two decades of implementing many great achievements have been achieved. In Ca Mau vaccination coverage data to be reported in the last 5 years are over 95 percent. Injected errors still young, leaving the nose when making the round of active surveillance. Objectives: Determine the percentage of children 1 year full-dose vaccine, vaccine schedule 5. Understanding the factors associated with full-dose vaccination results, on time. Subjects: Describe cross-sectional study conducted on 476 women who bore children from 01/01 to 31/12/2009 in 60 clusters of 12 villages, districts and townships. The rate of full immunization schedule is observed from personal vaccination cards, vaccination monitoring books in primary care. The relevant factors were assessed through questionnaires prepared, enter and analyze data using STATA 11.0. Results: Immunization rate is 77.94 percent, given the full schedule is 54.62 percent. Factors related to immunization results on time as maternal age, occupation, education, knowledge of: purpose vaccination, vaccine schedule, the response after injection, organize.a time injectionstrains, vaccination sites, injected vaccines
  attitude response following vaccination, the convenience of the injection point, the services of medical personnel. Conclusion: Strengthening immunization, injection dredging organizations, strengthen communication purposes vaccination, the vaccine needs immunization.
