Các doanh nghiệp nhỏ và vừa (DNNVV) ở Việt Nam hiện nay chiếm tỷ lệ lớn (khoảng trên 90%) số lượng các doanh nghiệp đang hoạt động, và đóng vai trò quan trọng trong phát triển nền kinh tế. Tuy nhiên, các doanh nghiệp này hiện nay đang có tỷ lệ phá sản cao (năm 2023 con số này là trên 100 nghìn doanh nghiệp). Như vậy, để giúp cho các doanh nghiệp nhỏ và vừa có thể vượt qua giai đoạn khó khăn của những năm đầu trong quá trình kinh doanh hoặc khi doanh nghiệp gặp khủng hoảng, rất cần đến những giải pháp để đảm bảo an ninh tài chính cho các doanh nghiệp này, và nguyên tắc huy động nguồn lực tài chính (NLTC) sẽ là một trong số những nguyên tắc quan trọng, cần thiết để đảm bảo an ninh tài chính cho các doanh nghiệp nhỏ và vừa.Small and medium-sized enterprises in Vietnam currently account for a large proportion (about over 90%) of the number of operating businesses, and play an important role in economic development. However, these businesses currently have a high bankruptcy rate (by 2023 this number will be over 100 thousand businesses). Thus, to help small and medium-sized businesses overcome the difficult period of the first years of business or when the business is in crisis, it is very important to consider solutions to ensure financial security for these businesses, and the principle of mobilizing financial resources will be one of the important and necessary principles to ensure financial security for small and medium-sized enterprises.
