Since the discovery of the giant magnetoresistance (GMR) and giant magnetoimpedance (GMI) effects just over a decade ago, a lot of studies on these phenomena have been carried due to their importance in high tech applications, particularly in magnetic sensors. Among materials that have GMR and GMI effects, magnetic layered structures are among the most interesting material configuration. One of the most important methods for producing that structure is electrodeposition (ED).
